We couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we had working with Cyrille on our first international property purchase. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire experience.
Although he was the seller’s agent, we never felt like we were simply on the other side of the transaction. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We truly felt that he looked out for our interests as well.
We are so thankful for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. We would absolutely recommend Cyrille to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust.

Being a Canadian purchasing real estate in Mexico can be scary and very daunting. Cyrille has been wonderful in maneuvering us through the process with many reassurances. He has gone above and beyond making sure that we are connected with the right people and has been a great interpreter for us when needed. He arranged for us to replace quartz countertops, took us to see the supplier and did much of the communicating for us. A five star experience all the way . Thanks so much Cyrille. My experience with Cyrille was very very positive. He took the time over the course of two years to find the right Home for me in Cabo. He was patient and professional throughout. I felt that he always had my best interest in mind and just wasn’t trying to make a sale any cost. I can say with confidence I would highly recommend Cyrille as a realtor.

We had talked to quite a number of agents in Cabo to find the place we wanted to buy but only Cyrille followed up on us closely. The others did not think we were serious buyers. We were very particular in what we were looking for and Cyrille was very patient and sent us listings of what might appeal to us. If there's a listing that we were interested in, he would investigate everything about it. When we went to Cabo last month to look at the 3 properties we wanted to view Cyrille took us to all of them (and more ) and thoroughly explained all the process needed to buy property in Mexico , living in the area, what to expect, etc. He not only made the deal on our dream vacation home possible but he is on top of everything else during the construction of our house. His services did not end with the purchase of our house that's under construction .He's there helping us with resources to make our home purchase a success and easy for us. If you want top service, someone you can always rely on, honest and hard working agent to help you with your real estate needs seek no other than Cyrille. HE'S THE BEST!

Cyrille is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent that is easy to work and communicate with. He has many years of experience in Baja and it shows. We appreciated how he wasn't the least bit pushy, and was very genuine with all of his advice.
